نحن نعمل بشكل دائم مع شركاء البريد السريع حتى نتمكن من توصيل طلبك في الوقت المناسب.
فيما يلي الشروط والأحكام التي تشكل سياسة الشحن الخاصة بنا:
وقت تنفيذ الطلب
تتم معالجة جميع الطلبات في غضون 2-3 أيام عمل (وفقًا لمنطقة التسليم). لا يتم شحن الطلبات أو تسليمها في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية.
إذا كنا نواجه عددًا كبيرًا من الطلبات ، فقد تتأخر الشحنات لبضعة أيام ، يرجى السماح بأيام أخرى في لاتمام التسليم.إذا كان هناك تأخير كبير في شحن طلبك ، فسنتصل بك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف.

سياسة الإستلام
يمكن للعملاء الاستلام خلال ساعات العمل العادية
تتوفر طلبات الاستلام في المتجر من يوم إلى يومين عمل بعد تاريخ الشراء.
يتلقى العملاء إشعارًا بالبريد الإلكتروني عندما يكون الطلب متاحًا للاستلام.
الطلبات المقدمة في أيام العطلات ستكون متاحة في يوم العمل التالي للاستلام.

سياسة الإسترجاع
يمكن استرجاع سلعة تم شرائها خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلامه.
لكي نتمكن من تنفيذ من طلب الإسترجاع ، يجب أن تكون السلعة غير مستخدمه ولم يتم فتحها وفي نفس الحالة التي تم استلامها.
يجب أن تكون السلعة في العبوة الأصلية أو حالة التغليف الأصلي.
ضرورة تقديم فاتورة الشراء.
سياسة رد الأموال
بمجرد استلامنا للسلعة المراد ارجاعها، سوف نفحصها اولاً للتأكد من استيفائها لسياسة ارجاع سلعة ونعلمك بأننا قد استلمنا العنصر الذي تم إرجاعه.
سنخطرك على الفور بحالة استرداد الأموال بعد فحص العنصر.
إذا تمت الموافقة على طلب الارجاع ، فسنبدأ في رد الأموال إلى بطاقتك الائتمانية (أو طريقة الدفع الأصلية).
سوف تسترد مبلغ الشراء خلال 15 – 30 يوم ، اعتمادًا على سياسات جهة إصدار بطاقتك.
أنت مسؤولاً عن دفع تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بارجاع السلعة.
جميع تكاليف الشحن (في حالة الشراء والارجاع) غير قابلة للاسترداد.
سيتم خصم تكلفة إعادة الشحن من المبلغ المسترد.
